 6.20 - Start from Lausanne by train

7.45 - Sierre, bikes in the postal bus direction Val d'Anniviers

9.30 - Up from Tignousa cable car above the weiss horn hotel

10.30 - Down to Zinal

12.15 - Break in Sorebois cable car (weiss horn behind the clouds)

12.30 - Up to Col de Sorebois

13.30 - Col de Sorebois 2850msm (top of the ride)

13.45 - Down to Lac de Moiry

14.00 - Lac de Moiry

15.15 - Break in Vissoie

17.00 - Down to Sierre from Tsapé cable car

17.15 Above Illgraben....
