Soleils and C.A.'s

Day 1 (Saturday)
First time out on the bike....minding my own business....over a log...soleil.....sweeeeesshhhhh..... in the mud !! 20 minutes later.....crossing the stream in Crans....lots of water..... looking for a nice place to cross....front wheel into the water .....NOOB ATTACK.....didnt think about what I couldnt see under the water....a big hole... so.........SOLEIL #2..... head first into the water !!! Bashed my knee. Went home. Auspicious start...

Day 2 (Sunday)
1hr 45 with 600m and two crap attacks.
And thats all I have to say about that.

I think I will put the bike away and ski some more instead!!
