Day 2 - all about Nascar waiting fir me again - loose chain ring bolt and cranp avoidance. Twisty turny upsy downsy loamy crazy whenwilliteverendy fresh trails. Bot my facorute day but still - biking in BC. Cant be bad. Amazing people - again!!!

Was great!!! No cramps or anything!! Sweet singletrack - rooooooots though = one wrong wheel placement and "down you go". Oscar was first - Simon next. Toes got jammed once and almost headbutted a tree. But all is good!!!!

48km today....60+ tomorrow. 

Also awesome....no crap attacks!!!....yet!?
